What are the office hours?
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Am I required to store long-term?
We lease on a month-to-month basis so our tenants are never required to store with us longer than they need. Store for a few months up to a few hundred years.

What security features do you offer?
Our facility is being monitored 24-hours a day using our state-of-the-art video surveillance system. We also have coded gate entry, perimeter fencing, and LED lighting to ensure that our facility stays well-lit.

How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your monthly storage bill online using a debit or credit card. Once your account is set up it’s as easy as logging in.

Do I have to provide my own lock for my unit?
The Bigfoot team has security disc locks for sale at the office. These can be purchased after your contract is signed.
